PROGRAM MANAGER

You will serve as an APM PROGRAM MAMANGER in the DPAE E&MW, Mission Modules Program Office (PMS 420) of DPAE EXPEDITIONARY AND MINE WARFARE.

You will be responsible for assisting the Program Manager (PM) with the development and execution of Mission Package equipment, MCM USVs and associated payload delivery systems that integrate multiple payloads into the craft.

You will be responsible for assisting the PM with accomplishing program objectives for development, production, etc to meet the operational needs within cost, schedule, and performance constraints approved by the Milestone Decision Authority.

You will ensure the planning, direction, and success of the MCM Mission Package program (ACAT I), including development of comprehensive program plans (i.e. definitive task statements, basis of estimates, resource requirements, etc).

You will provide technical and fiscal oversight of multiple contractors and government laboratories

You will manage competitive contract development, implementation, and management

You will develop, maintain, and manage multi-year budget profiles and ensure timely financial execution.

You will develop and analyze engineering and program management documents.
