PROGRAM MANAGER

You will serve as the Acquisition Manager for the In-Service Strategic Submarine Program Office (PMS 396/SP 21), as part of the Director, In-Service and Industrial Base team. This is a supervisory position.

You will design, author, and execute the formal Acquisition Strategy in compliance with DoD 5000-series regulations and Navy acquisition policy.

You will monitor and manage the health and capacity of the strategic submarine industrial base, including prime shipbuilders and key sub-tier vendors.

You will ensure compliance with congressional funding rules and manage the allocation and execution of diverse funding lines, such as SCN, RDTE, and OM.

You will collaborate with the Contracting Officer to draft and finalize procurement packages, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
