NeuLife Rehabilitation of Kentucky is seeking an experienced and compassionate Program Manager to join our team in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and other neurological conditions while providing leadership and operational support to a dedicated rehabilitation team.

The Program Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Bowling Green program, helping ensure that persons served receive high-quality, safe, structured, and person-centered care.

About the Role

The Program Manager reports directly to the Executive Director and works under their direction to carry out program operations, priorities, and initiatives.

This position is ideal for a strong healthcare or rehabilitation leader who is organized, collaborative, and comfortable balancing staff supervision, scheduling, transportation, appointments, programming, and day-to-day operational needs.

What You'll Do

  • Execute daily program operations under the direction of the Executive Director.
  • Coordinate therapy schedules, appointments, and programming logistics.
  • Manage calendars and service coordination for persons served.
  • Oversee and coordinate transportation, ensuring services are provided safely and on time.
  • Supervise, coach, and support direct care and support staff.
  • Monitor staffing schedules, coverage, attendance, and daily operational needs.
  • Support implementation of program initiatives and operational goals established by the Executive Director.
  • Address employee relations matters in partnership with Human Resources and leadership.
  • Promote a safe, structured, therapeutic, and supportive environment for persons served.
  • Support compliance with state and federal regulations and accreditation standards; CARF experience is preferred.
  • Track and report key operational metrics and program information as directed.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical, therapy, direct care, and administrative teams to support quality outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in healthcare, behavioral health, rehabilitation, or a related setting.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to follow direction while effectively managing multiple operational priorities.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with individuals with TBI, neuro-rehabilitation, or similar populations.
  • Experience in residential rehabilitation, healthcare, behavioral health, or post-acute care.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and accreditation requirements, including CARF standards.
