Program Manager
Omitron is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the single point of accountability for a secure data processing and distribution enclave (Red LAN) used to receive and distribute Space Domain Awareness (SDA) data. This is a senior-level position on a large, multi-site, classified sustainment contract, and the successful candidate will be responsible for program performance, cost, schedule, and quality across the full period of performance.
The Program Manager reports to Omitron executive leadership and serves as the primary interface to the Government Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and the Program Management Office. This role carries executive-level escalation authority over transition activities, ensuring that milestones are met and that the enclave transitions cleanly into steady-state sustainment operations.

Responsibilities
As Program Manager, you are accountable for:Program Management and Execution
- Provide overall program management for all tasks, including identifying and implementing process improvements and efficiencies throughout the period of performance.
- Develop and maintain project-level schedules, delivered to the customer on a monthly basis.
- Maintain accountability for the Quality Program Plan and overall service delivery against contract performance objectives.
- Update and present funds status, cost estimates (Proposed Plan and Estimate at Completion), and actuals by CLIN on a monthly basis, including labor hours and dollars expended.
- Report all contractor and subcontractor labor hours in accordance with contract requirements.
- Serve as the primary interface to the Government Contracting Officer, COR, and Program Management Office.
- Lead Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and represent Omitron in all system related meetings, in person or virtually.
- Report program status, risks, and performance to Omitron executive leadership on a recurring basis.
- Serve as the executive escalation point above the Transition Lead, ensuring transition milestones are met.
- Maintain overall accountability for a successful, on-time transition into full operational sustainment.
- Ensure compliance with Data Accession List (DAL) and Data Rights requirements across all program deliverables.
- Uphold security, contractual, and corporate policy compliance across a multi-site, classified operating environment.
Minimum Requirements
- US Citizenship required.
- Security Clearance: Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility required; SAP access required or must be attainable.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical, engineering, or management discipline.
- Experience: 12 or more years of relevant program/project management experience, including leadership of DoD or IC sustainment or mission operations contracts.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-site, multi-classification domain programs.
- Proven track record of on-time, within-budget contract performance and successful transition management.
- Periodic travel is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Master's degree in a relevant technical, engineering, or management discipline.
- Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional).
- Prior experience managing a secure data processing and distribution enclave or a comparable classified sustainment contract.
- Direct experience supporting Space Domain Awareness (SDA) systems, U.S. Space Force, or Intelligence Community mission environments.
- Experience managing subcontractor performance and Prime contractor relationships on a large sustainment effort.
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and CLIN-level financial reporting and forecasting.
- DAWIA Level III or equivalent DoD program management certification.
Working Relationships
- Reports to: Omitron Executive Leadership.
- Collaborates with: Transition Lead, Site Leads, Quality Program lead, and subcontractor program managers.
- Customer Interface: Government Contracting Officer, COR, and Program Management Office.
Schedule and Environment
- Multi-site, classified program; on-site presence required at program sites as necessary for mission and transition success.
- Periodic travel required to support customer reviews, PMRs, and site visits.
- Standard business hours with flexibility to support customer reviews, milestone events, and transition activities.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $185,000 to $210,000, depending on relevant experience, location, contract award terms, and other factors.Benefits include:
