Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is actively seeking a highly motivated, full-time Program Manager in support at Maxwell AFB, AL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall program leadership, management, administration, and quality oversight for the Air Force Global College Instructional Management and Learning Support contract.
- Manage execution of program and instructional enhancement activities, including curriculum support, instructional design, advisory services, academic support functions, and special projects.
- Recruit, train, assess, and manage Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), instructional designers, advisors, and support personnel.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, staffing strategies, budgets, milestones, risk registers, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate program execution across government stakeholders, subcontractors, instructional teams, and support staff.
- Lead project kickoff meetings, monthly status reviews, and technical status meetings.
- Prepare and deliver Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), Project Management Plans (PMPs), quality documentation, and executive-level briefings.
- Monitor budget execution, schedule performance, staffing levels, and contract compliance requirements.
- Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms that support executive decision-making and program visibility.
- Support transition planning, risk mitigation, knowledge transfer, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all program activities are completed in accordance with contract requirements, performance standards, and quality expectations.
