Program Manager - PEBP (St Petersburg)

Job Summary: Responsible for assisting the Vice President for Re-Entry Services thereby ensuring that services provided via assigned program life coaches, career navigator, behavioral health technicians, shift supervisor, and kitchen staff are in line with the Pathways Emergency Bed Program contract. The intent of the services is to assist the victims with::

• Comprehensive Referrals & Advocacy for trauma-informed care, legal aid, housing, and basic needs.
• Emotional & Health Support including safety planning, counseling, and peer groups.
• Employment & Life Skills training like job readiness, education access, and financial literacy.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of experience providing direct services to individuals impacted by trauma, human trafficking, or involved in the criminal justice system. In lieu of a degree, four (4) additional years of relevant experience delivering services to justice-involved or vulnerable populations may be substituted. Experience should reflect a strong understanding of trauma-informed care, service coordination, and advocacy within social service or criminal justice settings. Subject to alcohol and drug testing. Subject to criminal history background checks.
