On-site Program Manager at Fort Bragg, NC acting as the contractor's single point of authority for daily operations of an air item maintenance shop supporting the 82nd Airborne Division. Oversees a qualified rigger workforce performing technical parachute inspections, repair, and fabrication while managing quality control, training, phase-in/out, and contract reporting.

Scope of Work: Responsible for the performance of all work under the contract and holds full authority to act for the contractor on all matters relating to daily operations of the air item maintenance shop supporting E Co, 189th DSSB, 82nd Airborne Division. Directs the qualified rigger workforce delivering 100% Technical Rigger Inspection, repair, and fabrication services.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
· Serve as the contractor's single point of authority for all contract matters relating to daily operations
· Be available 0830 to 1730, Monday through Friday, to act for the contractor
· Develop, implement, and manage the Quality Control Plan and Quality Control Program
· Ensure shop personnel complete the six-week (42 working day) E Co certification and training program
· Oversee 100% Technical Rigger Inspections, maintenance, alterations, and repairs across all supported parachute systems
· Prepare and submit weekly and monthly activity reports and all required contract deliverables
· Plan and execute phase-in and phase-out activities to sustain continuity of services
