Summary
Manages the on-site operations of a Permanent Supportive Housing Program in Cleveland, supervising social services staff and providing clinical leadership grounded in evidence-based practices like Housing First, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Informed Care, while ensuring HUD compliance and partnering with the VA, property management, and Care Alliance.
Responsible for the supervision and clinical leadership of the social services staff, and for the onsite administration and management of the Permanent Supportive Housing Program. Function as a champion for evidenced based practices/ best practice models, including Housing First, Motivational Interviewing, Stages of Change/Treatment, Trauma Informed Care, Harm Reduction and Integrated Care. Responsible for site-specific oversight and growth of the Permanent Supportive Housing Program, and ensures compliance with HUD and other regulatory requirements. Partners with property management, the VA, Care Alliance and other partners to ensure the successful delivery of services.
This is an exempt, non-union position. The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
