Program Manager
ProSync is seeking a passionate Program Manager (PM) to oversee the ISSO Support/Independent Security Controls Assessment (ISCA) Department and is responsible for maintaining security compliance, documentation accuracy, and continuous monitoring for DoS systems. They will oversee routine cybersecurity governance functions such as POA&M tracking, RMF documentation updates, vulnerability status maintenance, audit preparation, and system owner coordination. This department ensures systems stay compliant with FISMA and NIST requirements daily.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The PM oversees the operational structure focusing on ISSO Support/Independent Assessments. They ensure the department operates in alignment with governance standards, RMF expectations, and contract performance objectives.
- Provides executive leadership across ISSO security governance and RMF assessment operations.
- Oversees planning cycles, milestones, and multi‑team synchronization to maintain compliance readiness.
- Manages stakeholder engagement, overseeing coordination between ISSOs, Assessors, government leads, and system owners.
Operations & Tasks Overseen
- Security compliance oversight
- RMF lifecycle monitoring
- Artifact and documentation readiness
- Coordination with government ISSOs and security engineering teams
- Deliverable quality review and approval
- Multi‑department staffing and performance oversight
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in federal cybersecurity program management.
- A PMP, CISSP, or CAP certification is recommended.
- Demonstrated experience leading ISSO or RMF teams.
- A minimum Secret security clearance is required to be considered for this position with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance. (We are not able to sponsor candidates for a security clearance)
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in any field. A Master's degree in any field is preferred.
