Program Manager Real Estate Transformation

About the role:

We are seeking a program manager for real estate transformation based in Dubai to lead and coordinate enterprise-wide real estate modernization initiatives. You will oversee end-to-end program delivery, implement ERP and property management solutions, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives and local regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the real estate transformation program roadmap and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, facilities, finance, and external vendors
• Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of ERP systems for property management
• Oversee configuration and deployment of property management platforms
• Manage program budgets, schedules, risks, and resource allocation
• Engage stakeholders at executive and operational levels, providing regular status updates and governance reports
• Drive change management, user training, and adoption strategies
• Monitor program KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and best practices
• Facilitate issue resolution and decision making to keep the program on track

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, engineering, IT, or related field
• 8-10 years of experience in program or project management within real estate or facilities transformation
• Proven track record implementing ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a real estate context
• Hands-on experience with property management systems and processes
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional technical teams
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• In-depth understanding of real estate operations and compliance requirements
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment in Dubai
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Preferred qualifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
• Prior experience in the UAE or GCC real estate market
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s in real estate or related discipline)
• Familiarity with local Dubai real estate regulations and free zone structures
• Proficiency in Arabic language
• Experience with structured change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR)
