POSITION SUMMARY
We are currently seeking a full-time Program Manager for our Etobicoke Residential/Clinic Program, which provides 24-hour residential rehab, as well as community, group, and day programming for acquired brain injury (ABI) survivors. The Program Manager will be responsible for the overall clinical, operational, and administrative management of the program, ensuring high-quality client care, staff leadership, program performance, and compliance with Bayshore policies and professional standards.
This position is based out of our Etobicoke Residence, which is a group-home setting equipped with treatment rooms, a physiotherapy gym, administrative offices, and a ‘clubhouse’ where adult group programming occurs three times per week. We provide a multidisciplinary, customized approach to address the specific brain injury sequelae of each client, which may include physical, cognitive, and/or psychological deficits; as well as concurrent mental, behavioural, and/or substance abuse challenges.
Overall, our team strives to support ABI survivors with their recovery through executing functional, meaningful, and productive programs. As the Program Manager, you will be directly involved in each client’s care, and accountable for all aspects of the program.
