Program Manager - Residential
Summary
The Program Manager runs day-to-day operations of Dungarvin's residential services, with a focus on staff orientation/training and on developing, coordinating, and monitoring all aspects of the program. It requires human services lead experience, Designated Coordinator qualification, and basic computer, decision-making, and communication skills.
The Program Manager is responsible for coordination and management of the daily operations of the overall services. The two priority areas of responsibility include ensuring orientation and ongoing training of staff and ensuring all aspects of the program are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored to the highest degree possible. The Program Manager should have direct communication and access to the director and all supervisors within the organization.
- 2 years of lead experience in the human services field
- Must qualify as a Designated Coordinator
- Must have basic computer skills, good decision-making skills, time management and communication skills and be responsible, mature and flexible.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Current auto liability insurance with reliable transportation
- Valid driver license with an acceptable driving record
