Program Manager RSI Lab

You will manage budgets, schedules, and progress across research projects so researchers can focus on their work. You will discuss research progress with researchers, align plans with execution, communicate with external partners, support hiring and onboarding, and regularly report project status to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, schedules, and progress across research projects
• Identify and resolve gaps between research plans and progress
• Serve as a point of contact for external partners
• Drive hiring and onboarding processes for the research team
• Report project status to the CEO and leadership team

Requirements

• Ability to understand AI and machine learning research and hold technical conversations with researchers
• Ability to work in Japanese and English, including negotiation and document production
• Experience in budget management, project management, or external negotiation
