As a Program Manager on the Sales Enablement team, you will lead the planning and coordination of field communications for the North America Contract organization. Working closely with Sales Enablement and various departments, you will ensure field communications are strategically planned, coordinated across the appropriate channels, and delivered as a seamless, consistent experience.
The role manages communication workflows, maintains communication platforms and audience lists, coordinates cross-functional communication calendars, and provides reporting that measures effectiveness while reducing communication overload.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify initiatives requiring communication to the sales organization, ensuring communications are planned at least 1-2 months before launch.
Partner with initiative owners to document appropriate delivery channels, timing, audience and required actions.
Maintain a centralized communications planner that provides visibility into upcoming communications, priorities, dependencies, timelines, and ownership across the business.
Coordinate and lead communications planning reviews to ensure alignment, appropriate approvals, and visibility across initiatives for communication channel owners.
Manage communication operations, including audience lists, distribution groups, publishing calendars, and communication standards.
Monitor communication performance and engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness, optimize communication cadence, and reduce field noise.
Manage the Sales Enablement communications technology stack, ensuring platforms are configured, maintained, and optimized to support communication planning, delivery, and measurement.
Skills & Abilities
Exceptional project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to anticipate dependencies, identify risks, and coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders.
Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate alignment and drive clear decision-making.
Analytical mindset with experience interpreting engagement metrics and translating data into actionable recommendations.
Ability to develop, document, and improve standardized processes, workflows, and governance practices.
Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and customer service.
Education/Experience
3-5 years of experience in program management, project management, communications operations, sales enablement, or a related function.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
Experience managing communication calendars, workflows, or enterprise communication programs preferred.
Experience with communication or project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet, Asana, Workfront, SharePoint, Firstup, Poppulo, Salesforce, or similar) preferred.
