Program Manager - SAP GTS (Global Trade Services)

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS) expertise to lead global trade compliance and customs transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing large-scale SAP GTS implementations, upgrades, and migrations, including SAP GTS 11.x and SAP GTS Edition for SAP HANA (E4H). The role requires a combination of program leadership, stakeholder management, solution governance, and SAP trade compliance domain expertise. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP GTS programs, including implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration, and support initiatives.
• Manage migration and transformation projects from SAP GTS 11.x to SAP GTS E4H.
• Drive program planning, budgeting, resource management, risk mitigation, and governance activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, trade compliance teams, customs organizations, and IT leadership to define program objectives and roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including SAP GTS, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, logistics, supply chain, and integration teams.
• Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and business requirements across multiple regions.
• Manage system integration activities between SAP GTS, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party applications.
• Establish project governance, status reporting, executive communication, and steering committee management.
• Support testing, cutover planning, change management, training, and hypercare activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of SAP experience with at least 8 years in SAP GTS.
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager leading global SAP GTS programs.

Strong functional knowledge of:

• SAP GTS 11.x
• SAP GTS Edition for SAP HANA (E4H)
• SAP S/4HANA integration
• Trade Compliance and Customs Processes
• Experience managing global stakeholders and distributed delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills.
