The organization seeks to enhance urban transportation through strategic initiatives and advanced technologies. ## Job Summary The Project Manager will play a critical role in leading and executing strategic operational initiatives within the organization. This hands-on, field-intensive position emphasizes the seamless implementation of new products, processes, and technologies, bridging the gap between strategic planning and on-the-ground execution. ## Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end execution of strategic projects and operational initiatives. - Drive on-ground implementation of new products, technologies, and operational processes. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollout and adoption of initiatives. - Identify operational bottlenecks, process gaps, and implementation challenges, and proactively recommend solutions. - Monitor project milestones, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations to ensure project success. - Increase adoption of products and technologies by working directly with field teams. - Gather feedback from operations and convert insights into actionable improvements. - Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously. - Spend significant time on the field during critical project phases, including extended working hours when required. ## Qualifications - **Education**: MBA from a Tier-1/Pedigree institution. - **Experience**: 1–3 years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Program Management, or Business Operations. - **Skills**: - Strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution experience. - Excellent analytical skills and stakeholder management capabilities. - Strong problem-solving skills. - PMP Certification preferred. ## Preferred Skills - Experience in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Logistics, Mobility, Last-Mile Operations, or Technology-enabled Operations (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, Zomato, Delhivery, Porter, Uber, Rapido, Amazon, Flipkart). ## Experience - 1-3 years of relevant experience in project management or related fields. ## Environment - Work schedule consists of 6 days a week with extensive field travel.
