Program Manager (Service Director)

As a Program Manager (Service Director), you will: Define basic operational capabilities and policy requirements, required to meet current and short needs of individual activities or operating programs, to projecting long-range requirements for development of policies, procedures, system services, etc. Assure that policies, proposals, and plans within the technical areas are accurately and effectively implemented. Direct, coordinate, and oversee program management, procedures, and work assignments. Participate in a continuing assessment of the effectiveness of the program area carrying out its mission and meeting the needs of its many users.
