This Program Manager will lead and oversee federal programs for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division, managing project activities, technical direction, schedules, and costs. The role requires an active Secret clearance and experience with federal government programs.

The Program Manager will provide overall project leadership and oversight in support of Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) programs. This role is responsible for managing project activities within the scope of the contract and providing overall technical, schedule, and cost direction.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Provide overall project management, leadership, and administrative oversight.
- Lead and direct project activities and execute assignments independently within the scope of the contract.
- Provide overall technical, schedule, and cost direction to support successful project execution.
- Coordinate project activities and priorities to ensure contract requirements are met.
- Ten (10) years of project management experience, including five (5) years supporting Federal Government programs.
- Demonstrated experience managing challenging projects and providing overall project oversight.
Desired Skills:
- Navy, NSWC Dahlgren experience desired
- Navy ERP experience desired
