Program Manager (SLT/Burn-in)

We are a global semiconductor test equipment supplier seeking a motivated Project Manager to support equipment projects in Taiwan. This role works closely with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to ensure successful execution of customer projects at OSAT sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Global Coordination : Bridge US headquarters and Taiwan teams to ensure project alignment and execution.
• OSAT Management : Manage equipment consignment and production status at major OSATs (e.g., ASE, SPIL, KYEC).
• Customer Interface : Lead meetings with Design House customers to fulfill requirements and provide technical solutions.
• On-site Validation : Collaborate with R&D and Field Service teams to support new product verification, including hands-on work in cleanroom environments when required.
• Daily Reporting : Conduct daily sync calls with the US team at 8:00 AM (Taiwan Time) to update production and project status.
• Agile Travel : Support short-notice domestic travel for project needs.
