<div>Program Manager D365 F&O "Program manager with intense experience in F&O</div><div>Program Manager – D365 Finance, SCM & Commodity Trading</div><div>Experienced Dynamics 365 Program Manager to lead a large-scale ERP transformation for a leading agriculture and commodity trading business based in Glasgow. The role will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a D365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Commodity Trading implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budget, and quality standards.</div><div>Experience Level - Min 15 Yrs </div><div>Key Responsibilities:</div><div>• Lead the overall D365 Finance, SCM, and Commodity Trading implementation program from initiation through go-live and hypercare.</div><div>• Establish robust program governance, including steering committees, status reporting, risk management, and executive communications.</div><div>• Manage multiple workstreams covering Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing, Trading, Data Migration, Integrations, Testing, and Change Management.</div><div>• Partner with senior stakeholders including the CIO, CFO, COO, and business leaders to drive decision-making and program success.</div><div>• Develop and manage integrated program plans, dependencies, resources, budgets, and key milestones.</div><div>• Ensure alignment of the D365 solution with agricultural supply chain and commodity trading business processes.</div><div>• Lead implementation partners, consultants, and cross-functional business teams across onsite and offshore locations.</div><div>• Drive business readiness, user adoption, training, cutover, and deployment activities.</div><div>• Proactively manage risks, issues, scope changes, and third-party dependencies.</div><div>• Oversee rollout planning and execution across business locations.</div><div>• Ensure successful integration of Finance, Supply Chain, Commodity Trading, and reporting processes within the D365 platform.</div><div>• Provide regular executive updates and maintain stakeholder confidence throughout the transformation journey.</div><div>• Leverage AI-powered tools and copilots (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Platform AI capabilities, automation tools, and analytics solutions) to enhance program delivery efficiency, decision-making, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communications.</div><div>• Champion an AI-first mindset across the program by identifying opportunities to improve productivity, accelerate delivery, optimize business processes, and drive innovation through AI-enabled practices.</div><div>Essential Experience:</div><div>• Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM implementations using onsite-offshore delivery model.</div><div>• Strong program management and ERP transformation leadership experience in complex, multi-location environments.</div><div>• Experience within Agriculture, Agri-business, Commodity Trading, Distribution, or Supply Chain-intensive industries.</div><div>• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging C-level executives.</div><div>• Willingness to work onsite in Glasgow (3-4 days per week) with travel across the UK as required.</div><div>• Demonstrated experience using AI tools and digital assistants to improve personal productivity, project execution, and program governance.</div><div>• Ability to mentor and influence delivery teams to adopt AI-enabled practices and continuously improve delivery effectiveness.</div><div>"</div><div><br /></div>
