Program Manager- Strategy & Operations
Description
About Plazza
From a young parent stocking up for the family to a grandparent's daily medicines,
healthcare touches every stage of life, and every person in it. Healthcare isn't something
only some people need. Every family needs it, again and again, for life.
Plazza makes that simple. We deliver quality healthcare to customers' homes, 24x7, so help
is there whenever it's needed, not only when a clinic or pharmacy is open. We've grown 10x
in the past year and raised a $15M Series A from Accel, Elevation Capital and Nexus
Venture Partners. Now we're expanding fast, from 2 stores today to 20+ by year-end.
We're building one of India's most ambitious healthcare companies, and we're looking for
people who are hungry to learn, enjoy winning, and want to build something meaningful from
the ground up.
What you'll own
You’ll take on the most important problems in the business at any given time. You'll work
closely with the leadership team on projects across operations, customer experience, growth
and product. Some you'll diagnose, some you'll build from scratch, and you'll hand them off
once they run without you.
Where you'll spend your time
● You take a vague problem, size it with data, and come back with a plan.
● You run projects across customer experience, pharmacists, doctors, engineering,
stores and the Sales team, without direct authority.
● You get your hands dirty: take calls, sit in a store, pull your own SQL..
What we're looking for
● 3+ years in operations, strategy, consulting, growth or a founder's office, or an MBA
plus 2+ years of work experience.
● Clear evidence of range: you've owned at least two very different kinds of problems,
and delivered results on both.
● Comfort with data: SQL or advanced spreadsheets.
● Clear writing, and comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
● You learn new domains fast.
Great if you have
● A pharmacy degree (B.Pharm, M.Pharm or Pharm.D), or hands-on experience in
pharmacy, health-tech or healthcare operations. OR
● Experience at an early-stage or fast-growing startup. OR
● Experience building a team or process from scratch, especially a calling, sales or
support team.
