This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Program Manager, Talent Management based in United States.

This role leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of strategic talent and people programs across the organization.
You will manage high-impact initiatives spanning employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and internal communications.
The position combines program management, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
You will partner closely with People leadership, Operations, Analytics, Communications, and other business stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered effectively.
Your work will help strengthen employee experiences, improve organizational alignment, and support a high-performing culture.
You will also establish roadmaps, track key performance indicators, and use employee feedback and analytics to continuously improve program effectiveness.
This opportunity is well suited to an experienced HR professional who is highly organized, strategic, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.

Accountabilities

  • Lead end-to-end project and program management for key People Team initiatives, including annual engagement surveys, monthly pulse checks, performance review cycles, quarterly check-ins, and interim reviews.
  • Partner with Operations, Analytics, and other stakeholders to ensure effective planning, execution, and delivery of talent programs.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using employee feedback, survey results, performance metrics, and other data-driven insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Establish and maintain the annual People Strategy Roadmap, defining key initiatives, milestones, performance indicators, and ownership.
  • Monitor progress against strategic goals and provide transparent reporting, regular updates, and insights to People Team leadership.
  • Lead quarterly strategy review sessions and facilitate alignment throughout annual planning cycles.
  • Partner with People leadership to develop clear, cohesive internal communication strategies that support organizational alignment and reduce communication fatigue.
  • Collaborate with Communications teams to refine talking points, develop executive messaging, and maximize established communication channels and forums.
  • Maintain a comprehensive manager resource hub containing standard operating procedures, toolkits, guidance, and leadership resources.
  • Co-design and facilitate manager roundtables and manager development programs in partnership with Learning and Development teams.
  • Translate business and People strategy into audience-focused, data-informed programs and communication tactics.
  • Proactively engage stakeholders, identify risks and dependencies, resolve issues, and maintain momentum across multiple initiatives.
  • Handle sensitive employee and organizational information with appropriate discretion and oversight.
  • Support additional People Team projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on project or program management, People initiatives, or HR Business Partner responsibilities.
    • Demonstrated ability to translate business and organizational strategy into effective, audience-focused, and data-driven People programs.
    • Strong project management capabilities, including defining projects and milestones, coordinating stakeholders, identifying risks, and tracking performance metrics.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to connect organizational objectives to practical programs, communications, and execution plans.
    • Strong written communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and engaging messaging for broad audiences.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across a matrixed organization.
    • Strong analytical mindset and ability to use employee feedback, survey data, and program metrics to evaluate effectiveness and guide decisions.
    • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, quality, deadlines, and follow-through.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities while maintaining a high standard of execution.
    • Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach to working with People, Operations, Analytics, Communications, and business leadership.
    • High level of discretion and sound judgment when working with confidential or sensitive information.
    • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
    • PMP certification is a plus.
    • Experience with Culture Amp, UKG, Monday.com, or similar HR and project management platforms is a plus.
    • Ability to work effectively in a computer-based environment and perform extended periods of sitting and keyboard use as required.
