● Define and ownership of power supply development plans/schedule.
● Collaborate between the R&D team and the factory team, for project transfer.
● Supervise, motivate the design team and manage the design activities, assign tasks to the team members.
● Negotiate internal resources, communicate with cross-functional teams, and manage to success.
● Manage PSU vendors/CMs and component suppliers, driving qualification, yields, and failure analysis and approving PCNs.
● Provide project status updates/summaries to the executive team.
