- Own end-to-end lifecycle of liquid cooling service programs
- Define and manage preventive maintenance schedules
- Ensure execution aligns with SLA and service scope
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (FSE, logistics, engineering, TAM)
- Ensure readiness of parts, tools, procedures, and field capability
- Support deployment and transition to steady-state operations
- Monitor key KPIs (MTTR, FTFR, SLA, PM completion)
- Identify risks and drive corrective actions
- Align customer expectations with service capability (with TAM)
- Drive SOP, maintenance standards, and continuous improvement
