Program Manager

Responsibilities:

• Ensure TC&D processes are in line with MCS market ensuring Thales Industrial Quality & Security requirements.

• Ensure OS industrialization for future product delivery Quality Security to customer.

• Contribute to the continuous evolution of processes, SIM/eSIM new features to TC&D organization.

• Ensure efficiency of TC&D organization;
  o by guiding/directing TC&D interfaces solutions/products owners
  o towards current or new process ensuring Quality and Security
  o from internal Solution/Products requirements/issuance
  o till Customer requirements customization definition
  o and validation
  o to provide technical excellence and best in class delivery lead time for benefit of business needs.

• Lead and organize communication/deployment of processes to TC&D members.

• Be proactive and work closely with various TC&D interfaces (other BE department, CS, Product/Solution Managers, Indus, Sales, Customers) to adapt/create process in the most appropriate way for TC&D efficiency with proper communication ‘pitches’.

Requirements:

• Engineer or Master of Science degree in Telecommunications, Electronics or Computer science

• 3 years in MCS TC&D or Product Line organizations or 7 years in similar position

• Project/Product/Program Management

• TC&D Process knowledge

• TC day to day Job knowledge

• Cryptography knowledge

• Technical specifications reading and understanding
