To support our growth, we are looking for a skilled Program Manager- to join our global Program Management team!

Working from our MRO site in Singapore, you will be part of a strong team, who is always striving to be one step ahead of the company growth. As our new Program Manager, you will, amongst other things, manage the overall contracts of wheels and brakes and continued development of assigned customers in APAC region, securing assigned programs are profitable and continuously being monitored and improved as relevant.

The Opportunity

As Program Manager, you will own the commercial and operational success of a portfolio of airline and MRO customer programs across APAC. This role combines customer relationship management, commercial ownership, and operational coordination in a dynamic global aviation environment.

The primary tasks and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of airline and MRO customer programs across APAC.
  • Act as the primary customer contact, ensuring contractual compliance, customer satisfaction, and program profitability.
  • Lead program implementations, transitions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth, retention, and enhanced service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operational execution and issue resolution.
  • Monitor program performance, provide commercial and operational insights, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Represent TP Aerospace during customer visits, business reviews, and industry events.
  • Support critical customer and operational issues, including AOG situations, when required.



Qualifications:

We are seeking a Program Manager who can identify with the description below:

  • Degree in aviation, business, logistics, engineering, a technical discipline, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within aviation, aerospace, airlines, MRO, OEM, or related industries.
  • Experience in account management, customer support, program management, supply chain management or other customer-facing roles within the aviation industry.
  • Strong understanding of aviation operations and customer service principles.
  • Ability and willingness to travel across the APAC region for customer visits, business reviews, and industry events.

Competencies:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge of Quantum Control is advantageous.
  • Experience working with ERP, CRM, and Business Intelligence systems.
  • Ability to analyze operational, financial, and commercial data to support decision-making.
