Program Manager

About the Position: Serve as Program Executive for the overall VA John J. Cochran Veterans Hospital major design and construction program, responsible for all facets of customer interface and program execution.

Manage and execute major design and construction programs through planning, coordination, and oversight.

Monitor fiscal progress and analyze deviations to maintain schedule, cost, and quality commitments.

Supervise and guide professional and technical staff in project management, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.

Interface with customers and stakeholders to represent District leadership and resolve issues.

Review and approve project management plans, resource allocations, and contract administration activities.

Implement and enforce safety programs and promote partnering concepts to resolve disputes.
