Program Manager

About the Position: Performs supervisory duties as Deputy Operations Project Manager of a system of multipurpose water resources development projects with hydropower assets. Serves as the fully empowered deputy with authority to act in on behalf of the Operations Project Manager at all times. Serves as primary advisor in all managerial phases of the Project's work.

Participates fully in organizing staff, resources, work activities and performance expectations for the multipurpose system of projects.

Serves as rating supervisor to direct and second level supervisors.

Leads and supports field engineering, compliance, fisheries, recreation, maintenance, operations, administrative and budget and environmental stewardship managers in operations and maintenance of completed multipurpose facilities, lands and waters.

Manages the team overseeing the projects’ Environmental Health and Safety Program .

Monitors scheduling, budgeting and commitment of staff to assigned projects.
