About the Position: This is a Program Manager, GS-0340-14 position for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Southwestern Division, Tulsa District, Real Estate Division, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Incumbent serves as senior long term Real Estate Program Manager for the Sentinel program, with responsibility for exercising management and operational control especially as it relates to overall Real Estate mission.

Lead the overall Real Estate related mission across the USACE enterprise for short- and long-term objectives, coordinating with staff and Project Delivery Teams to develop, enhance, and implement the Sentinel mission with a focus on the long term.

Manage a highly unique and unusually complex/fast-paced Real Estate acquisition and management program characterized by one-of-a-kind, nationwide programs critical to the accomplishment of the Sentinel mission.

Monitor the progress of priority and/or high visibility real estate actions and keeps informed of progress through the review of reports, programming documents, and interactions with multiple executing districts.

Provide real estate program guidance and reviews for conformance with criteria, and compliance with policies and procedures. Develops performance standards.
