Program Manager

About the Position: Serves as Chief, Development and Defense Section within the Programs Integration and Controls Branch; Programs and Project Management Division, with program management responsibilities for developing, defending, and maintaining a balanced, justified, and prioritized civil works program.

Lead and oversee the development and defense of the District's Program including the President's Budget, Work Plan, Earmarks, Supplemental, etc for current and long-range civil works programs.

Serve as point of contact with higher headquarters, Congressional staff, state and local government.

Maintain a standard district project/operation managers for scheduling, funding, and manpower.

Direct all necessary actions required under the Deauthorization of Project program.
