Program Manager

About the Position: The incumbent is responsible for managing the efficient and effective coordination and accomplishment of the planning, scope, development, and direction of major contract projects and/or functional programs within the Omaha District (NWO).

Manage coordination, control, and execution of major contract projects and functional programs within the district

Develop and implement comprehensive management plans integrating schedules, scope, assumptions, risks, and performance criteria

Coordinate program planning, design, and acquisition processes including source selection for complex projects

Control and manage project budgets and milestones, monitor progress, and take corrective actions to meet commitments

Review and analyze cost reports to identify and resolve unauthorized charges
