As a Program Manager based in Tokyo, you'll be responsible for leading complex customer programs from start to finish, including:

Leading strategic implementation programs for major retail customers
Coordinating cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Product, Supply Chain, Sales and Customer Success
Building trusted relationships with customer executives and key stakeholders
Managing program scope, timelines, budgets, risks and governance
Driving customer adoption and business transformation
Ensuring successful delivery while identifying opportunities for future growth
Continuously improving program management best practices across the organization.

You bring:

8+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Customer Delivery or Consulting
Experience delivering complex enterprise customer programs
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience working in international, cross-functional environments
Strong leadership, planning and risk management capabilities
Commercial awareness and customer-centric mindset
Experience in Retail Technology, SaaS, IoT or Digital Transformation is highly preferred
PMP, PgMP, Prince2 or Agile certification is a plus
Fluent Japanese and English.
