Program Manager

This full-time, 40-hour-a-week salaried position coordinates and oversees service delivery for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and behaviors requiring special community safety parameters. The role manages a dedicated case management caseload and supervises residential support specialists, community support specialists, and case managers across multiple residential facilities, shared living, and independent living settings. Responsibilities include collaborating with clinical teams, community partners, and internal management, alongside providing assigned on-call coverage for residential and crisis situations.

Summary of Duties

  • Oversee the supervision of residential facilities, shared living, and independent living situations for clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and complex behaviors.
  • Ensure daily facility operations are completed, including cleaning, food preparation, laundry, and supply shopping.
  • Document clinical services in the electronic medical record and review ISAs and documentation to improve paperwork quality.
  • Assist in creating, maintaining, monitoring, and implementing individual treatment plans and clinical oversight for residents.
  • Manage program budgets, timesheets, expenses, and client funds in collaboration with the accounting team while adhering to Medicaid Waiver and targeted case management parameters.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, guardians, agency staff, and regulatory bodies such as DAIL.
  • Provide on-call coverage for residential coverage, home situations, and crisis intervention as assigned.

The starting salary for this role is between $56,160.00 - $59,017.40 per year.
