Program Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team. As the Head of Service Delivery and Talent Acquisition, Dileep Teja, I am committed to delivering exceptional service and driving innovation in our projects.

Requirements:

• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): In-depth knowledge of the entire software development process, from conception to deployment. Ability to comprehend and contribute to the technical architecture of software applications.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The capability to effectively communicate with both internal teams and clients.
• Project Management: Proficient in Agile methodology, capable of managing projects efficiently. Experience in project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Client Management: Ability to manage client relationships and expectations. Focus on delivering excellent service to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Financial Acumen: Understanding of project financials, including cost estimation, billing, and profitability analysis. Capability to determine the cost of implementation versus billing cost to ensure project profitability.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role.
• Strong background in software development and technical project management.
• Familiarity with the MERN stack is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Financial acumen with the ability to analyse project costs and profitability.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
