Technical Program Manager (NPI / Product Operations)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and support complex product introduction and product lifecycle initiatives for a global technology environment. This role requires a strong combination of program management, cross-functional leadership, supply chain knowledge, and product data governance expertise.

The ideal candidate has experience managing New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, coordinating stakeholders across multiple functions, and driving operational excellence throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product launch and New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.
• Manage SKU lifecycle processes and product-related operational programs.
• Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Data Governance, and Business teams.
• Drive execution of program plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk management activities.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives related to product and SKU management.
• Monitor launch readiness and ensure successful execution of key deliverables.
• Provide executive-level reporting, program reviews, and status updates.
• Establish governance mechanisms to drive accountability and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with product launch processes, documentation standards, and business requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, Project Management, or Product Operations.
• Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and operational processes.
• Experience managing program risks, dependencies, timelines, and executive communications.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.
• Experience in SKU management, Product Catalog Management, Product Master Data, MDM, or Data Governance environments.
• Background in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, Product Operations, or Technology Operations.
• Experience driving process automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience supporting North America and/or LATAM business operations.
• Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
