Wire IT, a Portuguese IT consulting firm, is hiring a 100% remote Program Manager (based in Portugal or Brazil) to lead software delivery programs — managing multiple teams of 20+, eCommerce/re-platforming projects, stakeholders, vendors, and budgets — using Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Git, CI/CD tools like Jenkins, and cloud/on-prem infrastructure.

Role: Program Manager
Location: 100% Remote, Portugal/Brazil
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Software Development Project/Programme Management
- Experience managing multiple teams and workstreams, including teams of 20+ people
- Proven experience delivering eCommerce projects, ideally within a retail environment, including migration/re-platforming initiatives
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and release management
- Experience with stakeholder, vendor, and budget management
- Good knowledge of cloud/on-prem infrastructure, Git, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)
- Strong leadership, communication, risk management, and organizational skills
- Professional proficiency in English
