Program Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of five years of active Complex Program or Portfolio Management or Directing experience.
• Must be a US citizen.
• Currently holds an active DoD Top Secret and DHS Secret security clearance or has the ability to obtain one.
• Program Management and/or PMP certification required.
• Bachelor’s Degree, master’s degree preferred.
• ITIL certification is preferred.
• Organizational Change Management (OCM) Experience.
• Wide range of methodology experience, including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, certification, or proven experience.
• Experienced with emerging or commodity technologies, such as Cloud, AI, Route Switch, Cyber Security, UC, Genesis, Wireless and Application Services.
• Cyber Security experience a plus.
• Professional Services direct customer experience strongly preferred.
• Tool Experience – Smartsheet, MS Project, Flow Charting, Salesforce CRM, PPM tools, and Service Now experience a plus.
• Supply Chain process experience.
