Program Operations Analyst

Opportunity

PeopleTec is currently seeking a Program Support Analyst to support our Ft. Eustis, VA customer. This individual will work with customers to understand their needs, evaluate existing processes, and implement practical improvements. Support day-to-day operations through SharePoint tools, workflow management, requirements tracking, and coordination across teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to identify needs, document requirements, and recommend solutions.

• Review existing processes and implement improvements that reduce administrative effort, improve visibility, and support timely completion of work.

• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, document libraries, and workflows to support customer activities.

• Support user permissions, automated notifications, and requirements routing and tracking.

• Coordinate with customers and supporting offices to resolve issues and monitor progress.

• Prepare status updates, maintain process documentation, assist users, and perform other related operational and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least five years of experience supporting customer requirements, business operations, logistics, or acquisition activities.
• Experience using SharePoint to manage information, track requirements, or support workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to evaluate processes, organize competing priorities, and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
