The Solvere Technical Group is seeking a Senir Program/Project Manager will direct personnel actions, briefs technical managers and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) on program financial health, and is directly responsible for overall program success.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all program tasking and CDRL submissions.
  • Hire and manage personnel actions for the program team.
  • Attend monthly meetings and bi-annual program reviews.
  • Brief technical managers and the COR on the program's financial health.
  • Directly manage the Lead Financial Manager, Logistics Manager, and Senior Engineer.
  • Respond to COR requests in a timely manner to ensure accurate COR reporting.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering, Physical Science, Business, or Financial Management). Candidates with a degree in another discipline must have at least 5 years of experience serving aboard a surface combatant vessel in addition to the degree.
  • 20 years of experience in engineering management, including at least 5 years of naval shipbuilding or overhaul experience.
  • Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs.
  • Active Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (preferred, not required).

Security Clearance: Secret

The anticipated hiring range for this position is $125,000 to $180,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
