Program Services - Support Leader
General Description
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of a Supervised Apartment Program, including staff supervision, coordination of quality support services for members, quality assurance, and monitoring of program and member finances.
Requirements
Minimum of one year experience working with adults with disabilities.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
HS Diploma/GED required
Reliable car for work purposes
Complete all background and safety checks
Willingness to attend mandatory paid orientation and ongoing training. Training schedules are flexible and are offered during the day and evening hours.
Key Responsibilities
Maintains program standards of operation and development
Ensures members’ health, safety and welfare, including appropriate medication administration
Ensures the integrity of members’ finances
Ensures adequate employment and recreation for members
Maintains appropriate staff/member interactions
Ensures compliance with the annual Individual Habilitation Plan process for members
Ensures compliance with the Agency’s Periodic Service Review and other quality assurance programs
Ensures compliance with various program licensing requirements
Provides appropriate direct supports to members
Provides appropriate supervision to subordinate staff
Maintains appropriate human resources practices within the program
Keep records sharp and updated in Carelogic (our Electronic Health Record)
Cooperate with agency, legal authorities and Department of Human Services or inspections/investigations
Know your way around Microsoft Office
Ensures compliance with public health mandates (e.g., mask-wearing during pandemics)

3:00 PM – 11:00 PMDays vary based on program needs.
