About the Role:
Lyra Health is looking for a mental health subject matter expert with exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, content development expertise, and deep knowledge of mental health promotion in the workplace. This role offers the unique opportunity to facilitate trainings for some of the world’s leading organizations, collaborate with internal partners to develop and customize innovative learning content, and support the scaling of our presenter and facilitator program. The right candidate will have subject matter expertise in a broad array of mental health, organizational development, and behavior change topics, a track record as a highly rated expert presenter and facilitator, the ability to translate research-backed mental health promotion and workplace wellness principles and best practices into engaging, easy-to-understand educational content, and will be capable of collaborating effectively and efficiently with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver dynamic, high-quality, and impactful live and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences

  • Collaborate on the development and customization of innovative educational content that demonstrates Lyra's thought leadership with clarity, clinical accuracy, and research-backed insights

  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert by consulting with cross-functional partners and reviewing externally facing materials for clarity and clinical accuracy

  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of new presenters and facilitators

Qualifications

  • A graduate degree (MA, MS, MSW, PhD, or PsyD) in clinical, organizational, or counseling psychology, public health, health promotion, or clinical social work

  • Expertise in mental health promotion, workplace wellness, and/or corporate mental health

  • Dynamic public speaking abilities and facilitation skills

  • Ability to explain research-backed best practices, interventions, skills, and tools fluently and clearly

  • Experience with developing engaging psychoeducational content for live presentations and written assets

  • Professional experience working with internal and external stakeholders as a consultant or subject matter expert on mental health, mental health promotion, workplace wellbeing, and/or corporate mental health

  • Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally with multidisciplinary colleagues and designers on content creation

  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in the face of strict writing deadlines

  • Familiarity with most commonly used corporate webinar platforms, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Blue Jeans, and Cisco Webex

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supervising and providing supportive, constructive feedback to clinicians, consultants, or instructors
