This position is located in a specialty area within Social Work Service, and its primary purpose is to provide administrative and clerical support to a multi-disciplinary team providing counseling services to veterans.

Major duties include but are not limited to: Reviews employee workload data reports to ensure proper reporting and recording procedures. Compiles and prepares program productivity reports; consolidate daily reports into monthly and quarterly summaries. Analyzes individual and consolidated workload data and prepare instructions to implement needed changes; reports trends to supervisor. Produces a variety of documents using work processing software and transmit/receive information electronically. Designs and prepare charts and graphs for presentations based on workload data. Maintain time and attendance for staff and enter data into electronic timekeeping systems for supervisory review. Provides reception support by screening and routing telephone calls and receiving clients and visitors. Performs general filing (manual and electronic) using alphabetical, numerical, or chronological systems. Maintains financial accounting for program, including monitoring petty cash, consolidating expenditures, and assisting with budget preparation. Prepares outgoing correspondence in appropriate formats and operate/maintain office equipment. Prepares contract/fee program eligibility, treatment authorization, billing, and financial report accuracy. Performs other duties as assigned. Work Schedule: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.
