D&G is seeking an Early Career Administrative Assistant to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Stakeholder Engagement Division (SED). CISA leads national efforts to enhance security and resilience of the Nation’s critical infrastructure. Within CISA, the SED Sector Risk Management (SM) Sub-Division executes Sector Risk Management Agency (SRMA) responsibilities for CISA-led sectors and supports CISA’s role as a National Coordinator for critical infrastructure and resilience. Provides foundational administrative, meeting, tracking, and records support for classified Sector Management and national-level coordination activities.

What You Will Do

• Provide day-to-day program and office support by coordinating meetings, managing calendars and correspondence, maintaining records, preparing documents, and tracking action items. The role will also assist with information requests, data entry, document control, and timely communication among internal and external stakeholders.
• Support scheduling, invitations, registration, logistics, meeting materials, attendance tracking, onsite execution, and follow-up for classified and unclassified engagements.
• Prepare and update rosters, distribution lists, calendars, action logs, task trackers, files, and routine correspondence.
• Capture accurate meeting notes and assist with summaries and notes for the record in accordance with security requirements.
• Maintain orderly records and support federal records-management, version-control, and document-handling practices.
• Coordinate routine requests with team members, stakeholders, and government personnel and elevate issues promptly.
• Apply required templates and perform basic quality checks on administrative products.

What We Are Looking For

Required

• BS/BA Degree
• 1 year experience
• Must have strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and the highest level of discretion in handling, safeguarding, and communicating sensitive and classified information in accordance with applicable security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

• One year’s experience performing calendar management and meeting coordination.
• Demonstrated experience tracking action items, deadlines, and internal requests for information.
• Quality control and attention to details.
• Customer service and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.

Clearance and Eligibility

• TS/SCI clearance required for the position.
• Must be a U.S. person(s) (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).

Location

• Hybrid with onsite requirement in Arlington, VA.
