Le'Fant is seeking a junior or mid-level career Program Support Specialist to provide day-to-day program, administrative, case-management, coordination, and operational support for a federal mission that is focused on healthcare, benefits, and support programs for service members. The position will support program leadership, quality personnel, Policy Analysts, Data Analysts, and Government activities across multiple agency division workstreams. This role is contingent upon contract award, but we are connecting with qualified candidates now to support potential program startup if the contract is awarded. Let's talk!

What You'll Do:

• Provide day-to-day program and administrative support to the Program Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Policy Analysts, and Data Analysts.
• Maintain suspense and action-item trackers.
• Coordinate Government actions, staffing actions, data calls, and deliverables.
• Support office-management activities.
• Support records coordination.
• Support program activities across policy, reporting, surveys, communications, and related workstreams.
• Support meetings, surveys, reports, and training activities.
• Perform agency case-management support.
• Manage the Integrated Disability Evaluation System (IDES)mailbox.
• Support VTA and case actions.
• Provide user assistance associated with program/case activities.
• Support case verification and corrections.
• Support Special Compensation for Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (SCAADL) coordination.
• Support staffing-status tracking and weekly reporting.
