As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the corporate employee solutions offered by Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our product portfolio, driving innovation, and ensuring a superior employee experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and make a significant impact on our corporate banking solutions.

• Drive service initiatives and employee engagement across corporates
• Execute marketing activities, kiosks, webinars &corporate events
• Support cross-sell of Credit Cards, Loans, Cherry, Investments, Insurance, NPS, etc.
• Coordinate with Product, Sales, Operations &Service teams for seamless execution
• Track performance through MIS, campaign analytics & regular reviews
• Manage vendors/counterparts, marketing collateral, etc.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and drive business growth

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management or a similar role, preferably in the banking industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and managing product lifecycles.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and building collaborative relationships.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant industry-specific software.
