Position Summary
You'll gain exposure to large-scale consumer lending software used across many financial institutions, while contributing to ongoing modernization efforts and an evolving AI-aware engineering culture.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience
- Proficiency in C#/.NET and modern web development practices
- Experience with React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Practical experience leveraging AI-powered engineering tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, or similar) to accelerate software development, debugging, refactoring, test automation, and technical documentation while maintaining high standards for code quality, security, and maintainability
