Programmatic & Ad Ops Manager

You will manage and optimize programmatic advertising revenue across web and mobile app environments. You will oversee header bidding and in-app bidding solutions, manage monetization partners, support mobile ad SDK integrations, analyze performance, prepare reports, and resolve ad-related issues while supporting privacy compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize programmatic ad revenue across web and mobile app environments
- Oversee and optimize client-side and server-side header bidding and in-app bidding solutions
- Evaluate, onboard, and manage external monetization partners and commercial negotiations
- Collaborate on mobile ad SDK integrations, troubleshooting, and app-specific ad formats
- Analyze daily ad performance and recommend revenue optimization strategies
- Use data analysis to improve ad delivery and yield
- Generate weekly, ad hoc, and comprehensive ad performance and revenue reports
- Coordinate with Sales, Content, and Engineering to resolve ad-related issues, support privacy compliance, and improve performance
Requirements
- 5+ years of international experience in publisher, media owner, or platform-side programmatic ad monetization
- Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager and app-focused platforms such as AdMob, AppLovin, or DigitalTurbine
- Experience with mobile app monetization, in-app bidding, mediation platforms, and mobile ad tech ecosystems
- Expertise in header bidding technologies including Prebid.js, Open Bidding, and Amazon TAM/UAM
- Knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and ad networks
- Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, consent management platforms, and IAB TCF frameworks
- Familiarity with identity solutions such as ID5 and UID2.0 and cookieless audience monetization
- Expertise in programmatic platforms, ad trafficking, and web and in-app advertising technologies
- Project management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Experience with Google Analytics, GA4 for Firebase, and GTM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
- Fluency in Polish and English
