Job Description:
We are looking for a fantastic Programmatic Manager to join us at OMD UK. This is a opportunity to take ownership of Programmatic strategy and execution while driving best-in-class performance for our clients. You’ll oversee the seamless planning, activation, and optimisation of campaigns, ensuring delivery against client objectives and KPIs. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and fostering strong relationships with media partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Lead campaign strategy and execution across programmatic platforms, ensuring alignment with client goals
•Manage and develop a team, providing guidance, training, and support to Executives
•Collaborate with media owners to build and maintain strong partnerships
•Work closely with internal teams and subject matter experts across OMD UK to deliver integrated solutions
•Oversee reporting and optimisation, translating insights into actionable recommendations for clients
•Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, using data analytics to measure the effectiveness of media strategies and identify areas for improvement, highlighting key insights and outcomes
•Provide support and guidance to junior team members, helping to foster a collaborative team environment
•Help train and mentor junior team members
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
•You possess a strong understanding of media planning, buying and performance analysis with knowledge of digital, traditional and emerging media channels.
•You have a proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering successful media campaigns.
•You have excellent spoken and written communication skills with proven expertise in presentation storytelling to deliver impactful, persuasive proposals to clients.
•You can develop and implement strategic media plans using media planning and analytics tools.
•You stay informed about emerging technologies, including AI and are open to exploring how automation and AI tools can enhance creativity, performance and efficiency in media.
•You have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
