MAP is seeking a Programme Assistant to support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of health programmes across the West Bank. Working closely with programme staff, partners, healthcare providers, and communities, the role contributes to programme quality, coordination, monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL), reporting, and partner engagement. The Programme Assistant will also support data collection and analysis, project documentation, field monitoring, and stakeholder coordination to help ensure the effective delivery of high-quality health interventions for vulnerable Palestinian communities.

**The role requires a valid driving license, and flexibility to travel across the West Bank as required**

The ideal candidate should have a background in International Development, Public Health, Health Administration, Social or Health Sciences, or a related field, with experience supporting the implementation, coordination, monitoring, and reporting of humanitarian or development programmes. The candidate should demonstrate knowledge of programme monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL), data collection and analysis, stakeholder engagement, and partner coordination, with experience working alongside NGOs, government institutions, healthcare providers, community-based organisations, or other humanitarian and development actors. Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills, together with the ability to manage multiple priorities and undertake regular field-based work across the West Bank, are essential.
