Programme Executive [ Social Service / Eldercare / Community care / Healthcare]

$2600 - $4000 (depend on exp)

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the community.
• Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement
• Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs.
• Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programmes
• Identify areas of improvement and initiate enhancements/improvements.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders communications for programmes and services.
• Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
• Manage programme budgets and resources.
• Work with other organisations to execute programmes.

Job Requirements

• Possess minimum Diploma preferably in Social Services or related fields
• Relevant experience working with elderly clients in community setting, healthcare or social service sector is preferred
• Experience & knowledge in programme design, implementation, and evaluation
